Return Window

Customers have 30 days from the date of receiving their order to initiate a return or request a refund. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

Conditions for Return and Refund

  • Change of Mind: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Refunds for "change of mind" returns will be processed after inspection.
